  1. 01

    Linar

    Al Mamzar, Sharjah

Linar sits on the eastern shore of Al Mamzar Beach: five residential towers of fifty to fifty-five storeys and a commercial tower, with 2,683 homes along 325 metres of Gulf frontage.

  2. 02

    Ghaf Woods

    Dubai, UAE

Ghaf Woods is planned as Dubai’s first forest-living community: eleven residential clusters gathered around a central woodland, with Phase 1 — two clusters and twenty six-storey buildings — delivering more than 135,000 m² and over a thousand homes.

  3. 03

    Oakridge

    Vancouver, BC

Oakridge Park leverages the enormous potential of a 28-acre site occupying almost eight city blocks in the geographic centre of Vancouver, transforming a 1950s suburban mall with sprawling surface parking lots into a ground-breaking cultural and civic hub.

  4. 04

    Zephyr

    West End, Downtown Vancouver

Zephyr is a community of homes that set a new standard for urban, green, sustainable living in one of Canada’s great neighborhoods, downtown Vancouver, and will set a new standard for livability, offering amenities, retail, and common areas beyond a typical rental building.

  5. 05

    The Butterfly

    Downtown Vancouver

Situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver, this mixed-use development combines The Butterfly—a new 57-storey luxury market tower—with the heritage upgrade, rehabilitation, and expansion of the historic First Baptist Church (FBC), built in 1911.

    Allard Hall

    Edmonton, Alberta

Allard Hall—MacEwan University’s new Centre for Arts and Culture—establishes a new urban landmark and visually compelling gateway to its City Centre Campus in Edmonton. Clad in a distinctive, climate-responsive façade of high-performance glazing accentuated by vibrant green ceramic frit, and black spandrel panels that reflect the sky, the building’s sleek contemporary expression promotes MacEwan’s main campus as a state-of-the-art, community-inspired institution.
