Linar sits on the eastern shore of Al Mamzar Beach: five residential towers of fifty to fifty-five storeys and a commercial tower, with 2,683 homes along 325 metres of Gulf frontage.

Banded façades and planted terraces break the height of the towers. A continuous podium holds resort pools, wellness and fitness, co-working, retail, and landscaped walks, so daily life sits between the beach and the Sharjah skyline.
Homes run from one-bedroom residences to four-bedroom penthouses. A sky social floor on the fifth tower opens to the water and the city. First occupation is expected in 2030.
My role
- Currently leading the commission, from the request for proposal and competitive bid through construction-stage services.
- Directed the bid: scope, programme, and fee set against the client brief, through to appointment.
- Administers the consultant contract — scope, variations, and the formal issue of deliverables.
- Coordinates the sub-consultants so architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape work stays aligned at each stage.
- Manages design deliverables from concept and schematic design through detailed design and tender information.
- Now in construction: site coordination, consultant responses, and review of construction information.
