Oakridge Park leverages the enormous potential of a 28-acre site occupying almost eight city blocks in the geographic centre of Vancouver, transforming a 1950s suburban mall with sprawling surface parking lots into a ground-breaking cultural and civic hub.

My role
- Oversaw and conducted the architectural components of design and documentation for DPMA submissions and correspondence to municipalities.
- Prepared redesign studies, design development drawings, reports, and proposals in accordance with value engineering procedures of the main building, retail, and food hall spaces.
- Reviewed shop drawings and coordinated with consultants and contractors to ensure drawings were in compliance with the design intent.
