My Role

Oversaw and conducted the architectural components of design and documentation for DPMA submissions and correspondence to municipalities.

Prepared redesign studies, design development drawings, reports, and proposals in accordance with value engineering procedures of the main building/Retail and food hall spaces.

Reviewed Shop drawings and coordinated with consultants and contractors to ensure drawings were in compliance with the design intent.
